Since then I received the following email: ---------------------------------------------------------------- From: Jerry Repine [jrepine@gmail.com] Sent: Sunday, June 11, 2006 12:49 AM To: robert.farmer@comcast.net Subject: Toxic School Buses Dear Mr. Farmer, the buses you have on your web page are no longer owned  by Central Kitsap School District. They have been sold at auction. All the other buses owned by CKSD have been updated with advanced emission mufflers, DOC. My suggestion - remove this web page or at a minimum any reference to Central Kitsap School System. ---------------------------------------------------------------- Diesel fumes are a known cause of diseases such as leukemia. Spoiled viewpoint : This is about a scenic viewpoint near my home in East Bremerton. The viewpoint is 1 mile north of Lyons Field on the Tracyton Beach Road. I often check it out for sunset photos and birds. Recently I noticed a very bad odor that smelled like a dead body. I looked along the bank where the odor was strongest and saw a place that was burnt by chemicals. My hunch is someone is dumping their RV holding tank over the bank.
