This is about a scenic viewpoint near my home in East Bremerton. The viewpoint is 1 mile north of Lyons Field on the Tracyton Beach Road. I often check it out for sunset photos and birds. Recently I noticed a very bad odor that smelled like a dead body. I looked along the bank where the odor was strongest and saw a place that was burnt by chemicals. My hunch is someone is dumping their RV holding tank over the bank.
